Industry-Leading Estate Agent Chancellors Heads to Hemel Hempstead

Leading independent estate agent Chancellors is preparing to open a brand new branch in Hemel Hempstead on May 2nd.

To promote the opening, Chancellors is introducing a 0% commission offer for all clients of the Hemel Hempstead branch. Area Sales Manager Nic Simmonds says, “The 0% offer is an excellent opportunity for us to make an impact and grow our business in a new location. We pay our staff commission so they’re just as motivated to sell even where we’re not billing the client.”

The Hemel Hempstead branch will offer the full range of services available at other Chancellors locations, covering residential and commercial sales and lettings, property management and land, and new homes.

There will initially be seven members of staff based at the Hemel Hempstead branch on opening, though Chancellors is planning to create even more jobs in the area as vacancies for further positions are still open.

The Hemel Hempstead launch is part of a wider business expansion for Chancellors, which has over 200 years of experience in property sales and lettings. Chancellors’ first branch was established in Richmond in 1807, with the company’s reputation for professional and passionate service maintained throughout the next two centuries.

The branch will serve the following locations and post code areas:

Hemel Hempstead will serve as a useful location operationally as it bridges a gap between existing branches. The area was strategically chosen as it is experiencing a good rate of house price growth and is attractive to property buyers and investors, due to the short commute to London’s Zone C. There are also a lot of businesses in the area which promote local employment, as well as excellent leisure and shopping facilities including The Marlowes Shopping Centre, The Snow Centre, The Riverside Hemel Hempstead and Jarman Square.

The new branch at 178 Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1BH will open for business on May 2nd.
