Mercer & Hole bid farewell to retiring partner

Paul Webster will be retiring as a partner from Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants at the end of September 2017. Paul will continue as a consultant for the firm and be available for client matters.

Paul joined Mercer & Hole in 1971 and has been a partner at the firm since 1981. During this time, he has made an outstanding contribution to client service as well as to the growth and development of Mercer & Hole. Paul’s 36 years as a partner make him one of the longest serving partners in Mercer & Hole’s 112 year history.

Mercer & Hole Senior Partner, Paul Maberly said “Paul has contributed immeasurably to the progress of Mercer & Hole. His experience within the firm is unparalleled and he been a great support to myself and my fellow partners over the years. I am pleased and proud to call Paul a friend. Whilst he will be missed, Paul will still be a consultant at Mercer & Hole so we can still enjoy the benefits of his insight and experience. I wish Paul a long and happy
retirement and thank him for all he has contributed to the firm so far.”

An afternoon tea will be held at the St Albans office of Mercer & Hole on 29 September for partners and staff to thank Paul and to wish him well.
