Last year Visionary Accountants secured the leasehold at 2 Adelaide Street, overlooking St Peter’s Street, in the centre of St Albans. After an extensive refurbishment Mel Hilbrown, Executive Director at St Albans Enterprise Agency (STANTA), officially opened the new offices on behalf of the Visionary Accountants team in January 2017.
According to local historical information, the building at the corner of Adelaide Street and St Peter’s Street dates back to the 16th Century and was the Queen Adelaide pub for many years. The pub closed in the 1950’s and the building now houses Subway and Café Roma along with Visionary Accountants on the first floor above. The modified 16th century structure is still visible through the wooden beams in the Visionary offices. The offices have been sympathetically refurbished to highlight and preserve the historic beams and features whilst providing a comfortable and modern space for Visionary Accountants’ clients.

We also sponsor STANTA as we want to encourage the great work they do for local start-up businesses. We organise regular free seminars and breakfast networking events that are always popular with local business owners. Our door is always open and we want to be out and about meeting as many people as possible’
