Autorama took advantage of the Government’s drive to up-skill the motor industry by sourcing adult learning funding to help maximise training potential amongst its salesforce, becoming the first on-line commercial vehicle leasing broker to qualify for the IMI recognised Automotive Sales Specialist Award. It’s not just the customers who are benefitting. “Exceeding customer satisfaction targets has always been top priority for us. Happy customers are reflected in the bottom-line sales figures too, which have shown an encouraging up-turn with a **5% increase in sales conversions, despite the latest industry figures showing a national decrease in van volumes of ***8.1% versus 2011,”says Andy Alderson, managing director of the Autorama Group.
