Debenhams Ottaway, the St Albans and Radlett based firm of solicitors has recently announced the appointment of a new Partner. Patrick McGrath will handle the firm’s Company Commercial work and lead its Business Services team. The appointment demonstrates the firm’s commitment to helping Hertfordshire based SMEs grow successful businesses. Patrick is an experienced corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, banking and commercial law. He joins from Bolt Burdon in Islington where he was Partner and was previously a Partner with Taylor Walton in Luton.
