Local mum Jemma is not only holding down a job with leading retailer John Lewis and juggling motherhood, but has also set up a stunning baby lifestyle range with her co-founder, Lucy. Molly and Moo is a brand that has already experienced fantastic growth and with more products launching this spring, these mums keep going from strength to strength!
When Jemma from Stevenage Old Town became a mum, she found it difficult to find elegant, stylish and trendy baby products for the fashion-conscious parent, and decided to do something about it!
Teaming up with her friend, Lucy, the two mums, although committed to their financial roles, decided to make the most of the sleepless nights and set up their own business.
Initially launching with swaddles, blankets and muslins – due to popular demand they have now ventured into clothing with the launch of their organic cotton, Cloud Stripe Pyjamas. With the age ranging from 6 months to 6 years, siblings can now have matching pyjamas suitable for any slumber party (that hopefully won’t last all night!). The simple grey and white stripe means that parents can purchase baby essentials without compromising their own style; and with its very own cotton bag, this beautiful set is perfect for baby showers, birthdays or just because!
In a time when style is increasingly more significant to new families, Molly and Moo could not have hit the market place at a better time.
